Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The delivery address

  • The selected shipping method (Standard, Priority, or Express)

  • Real-time rates from our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping option and view the cost before finalizing your purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress to your door.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and assist in finding a resolution.
